A strong Sous Chef is required to support the Head Chef in: - Specifying and delegating duties of kitchen staff - Developing dishes and menus - Taking responsibility for the cost effective ordering of all supplies relevant to the efficient running of the kitchen - Liaising with front of house staff and ensuring that effective communication is achieved between them and kitchen staff | |

The ideal candidate must: - Have experience within classic French cuisine - ideally within a similar busy quality Brasserie environment - The restaurant can accommodate 95 covers - Be passionate and hard-working with a desire to maintain the excellent standards the restaurant has become known for | |
