A strong Sous Chef is required to support the Head Chef in: - Specifying and delegating duties of kitchen staff - Developing dishes and menus - Liaising with front of house staff and ensuring that effective communication is achieved between them and kitchen staff | |
| About you: | |
The ideal candidate must: - Have experience within classic Eastern-European cuisine - ideally within a similar busy quality Brasserie environment - The restaurant can accommodate 250 covers - Be passionate and hard-working with a desire to maintain the excellent standards the restaurant has become known for - Be motivated and hands-on and used to working within a fast-paced environment Salary: - 7 shifts per week - £40-45k per annum plus Christmas bonus | |
