We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team and build long-lasting relationships with our clients while expanding our portfolio of business. Key Responsibilities - Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients across various industries including corporates, wedding planners, caterers, venues, members' clubs, and brands.
- Act as the main point of contact for both existing clients and new inquiries, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure their needs are met, address any issues, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience with Maison Margaux.
- Portfolio Growth:
- Identify opportunities for expanding the client portfolio by understanding clients' evolving needs and offering bespoke tableware solutions.
- Develop strategies to grow and retain existing accounts, increase rental volume, and introduce new products/services to clients.
- Drive repeat business by fostering strong, long-term relationships and exceeding client expectations.
- Networking & New Business Development:
- Leverage your existing network of contacts within the London events industry to build new business opportunities and drive brand awareness.
- Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to identify new avenues for business growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen connections and bring in new leads.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and collection of tableware to clients.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure our collections meet the specific requirements and aesthetics of each client.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on promotional efforts and strategy development.
- Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications, sales pipelines, and business development activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on client feedback, project status, and revenue growth.
About you - Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in account management in the London luxury events sector within sales, or client services
- Proven success in managing and growing client accounts, within luxury sectors (events, weddings, corporate functions).
- A strong, existing network of contacts in the events industry, including connections with wedding planners, venues, caterers, corporates, and members’ clubs.
- An effective networker who regularly attends industry events
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- A client-focused approach, with the ability to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What We Offer 38 - 40 k plus 20% ote package of £45600 - 48,000 Monday - Friday - 9- 5 / 10-6 (1 or 2 remote days ) - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
