Restaurant Managers will be progressively trained and expected to gain proficiency in all three Pillars of Excellence: People, Product, and Place. As a restaurant manager you will: Enjoy to be responsible for the store as if it was your own business •create authentic relationships with your guests and team •You take pride in your work and providing the community around you with fantastic food •Recruiting, developing and grow your team to create a fun, productive and energetic environment About You Proven Management experience gained within quality / premium casual London/UK comparable dining concept, where the focus is 100 % based on the customer experience A genuine love of hospitality, Strong Leadership, Communication, Organisation Skills & Excellent Attention to Detail Customer Service / Hospitality / Service Standards Orientated/ Ability to Motivate & Train team members effectively Strong on Due Diligence – Open minded and flexible, and looking for a new exciting management opportunity and the chance to settle in Australia and an exciting lifestyle in the sun. Personality, a vibrant personality and a can do attitude is key for this role, you will be happy to learn all areas of the operation to include the back of house. •You care about the environment, sustainability, community projects and to give the customer a really enjoyable experience •You thrive off working in a fast paced environment •You want to enhance your leadership and develop your career Excellent and verifiable references required. Sponsorship with regards the 494 visa checklist requires all candidates to have at least 3 years working experience in a comparable brand / or relevant hospitality qualification, fluent spoken English also required. | |

Salary & Benefits: | |
The salary in AUD will be circa 77,000 which in UK Sterling is equivalent to circa 40 k per annum plus a relocation cost | |
