This is a busy spot known for excellent cooking and would be best suited to an experienced creative pastry Chef with baking experience assuming full responsibility for overseeing the pastry section, including menu creation, production, and maintaining quality standards, working in an operation with high standards in a tight knit friendly team About you: Ideal background pastry and baking "Creative and trend-savvy pastry chef with a flair for innovation, specializing in crafting unique baked goods and pastries. Experienced in developing creations such as laminated lemon dough bread and seasonally inspired bakes and pastries. Everything is made fresh in house. Very high standards and organized Comfortable running the pastry section alone and creating new and exciting bakes and pastries/cover provided Experience in catering for specific dietary requirements and preparing exciting vegan creations. Calm & methodical working approach – self motivated, team spirited, and the desire to part of a growing modern and cutting edge business. Reliable, creative , hard working & genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role Benefits Working for a very supportive owner who is looking to further grow the business Small team of 5 in the kitchen Great potential to further expand on pop up events, launches and guest chef events The chefs have access to a plot growing seasonal herbs and vegetables to incorporate in the menus Great hours- Daytimes only 5 days per week - 6.30am - 3/.30pm pm weekends on a rota Warm and friendly environment to work in
