GM Role The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience running a pub including bar & dining area - ideally in London A hands-on attitude with plenty of enthusiasm for the role and a desire to move the business forward Good leadership and communication skills as well as experience managing multiple teams Experience managing stock, maintaining profitable margin levels and managing supplier relationships Head Chef The ideal candidate will have: Experience of cooking in a pub or restaurant renowned for its perfect, British, simple food Excellent kitchen management skills – from an HR, hygiene and financial perspective Enthusiasm for menu creation and a passion for high quality, seasonal produce | |
About you: | |
Both roles require a level of previous experience within a similar environment as well as the passion and enthusiasm to drive this business forward. It is essential that the GM can form good relationships with the locals as they form a large part of the regular clientele. The Head Chef must feel passionate about high quality, seasonal produce and bring this passion to the menu content and the dishes produced. Excellent communication skills and positive leadership style will also be an essential part of the requirements for this role. | |
