The operation runs a busy kitchen with a strong team producing a menu of modern Italian with New York influence set in stunning surroundings. Working within a friendly team in a fast paced environment About you Proven senior chef de partie/junior sous experience gained within a fine dining Italian fresh food environment delivering on a high quality dining experience Experience of working in comparable London Italian dining operation Ability to cover all sections in a fresh food fast paced environment Great attitude and team worker with drive and ambition and the intention to commit Ability to motivate & train team members effectively Strong on Due Diligence – up to date on current Hygiene Legislation Benefits Great team environment - A list clientele - currently two consecutive days off Sunday and Monday off every week, this may change in the future. | |
