Head chef for the covered outdoor kitchen Day to day running of the kitchen High volume dining producing quality street food dining quality burgers, home made hummus/ small plates Seasonal produce available to use from the gardens up to 400 covers - also popular for event hire / BBQS/ party bookings About you You will be a real hands on head chef having worked in a similar street food or fast paced high volume operation with a quality food offering Use to worked in a fresh food operation Will be technically very capable and able to work at a fast pace Will demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to work Highly organized with a calm even temperament Up to date on current food and cooking trends and experienced in street food /BBQS or premium casual dining. Able to manage all aspects of your kitchen. | |
