An ideal opportunity for an experienced and dynamic General Manager with a proven high end restaurant background in comparable luxury dining volume environments. The successful candidate should have experience in new launches clear ambition and a full understanding of the industry within international goals.
Vacancy Description:
Integral part of the successful operation of the business as a whole Overseeing the opening and ongoing day to day operation of site – Leading / Directing a FOH team Recruitment, Training & Development of international team Due Diligence: Hygiene, H&S Records & Maintenance of Property & Equipment About you Will have comprehensive experience of working as a GM on an international scale Will have experience in a senior capacity in extremely high end restaurants A knowledge of Modern Italian cuisine is preferable Will be a confident face of the business Will be an instinctively strong leader with the ability to motivate, train and develop your staff and sensitive to local culture Will be highly organised Will ideally have experience in openings or newly launched operations Will be technically very capable Will demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to work Good IT and administration skills are essential Package Kuwaiti currency Monthly Net KD KD 1600 - 2000/- £4961 net per month Plus, Accommodation Allowance amount Net KD 350/- per month ( sufficient for a 2 bed modern apartment) equivalent to £870 per month Return ticket Yearly Class Private Health Insurance 30 days holiday
About you:

Salary & Benefits:
£ 4750 - 5000 monthly net sterling ( take home) gross UK equivalent would be £90,000 + a modern apartment allowance, healthcare, flights
