Personality is key: you must love hospitality and enjoy customer interaction and working in a busy fast paced restaurant  service, highly organized ability to inspire and motivate the team whist keeping the customers happy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Staff rotas
  • Opening & closing - cashing up
  • Stock control
  • HR
  • Knowledge of food & wine
  • P&L, payroll, recruiting, training
  • Social media & marketing 
About you:

The ideal candidate must:

  • Be enthusiastic and adaptable
  • Be hands-on and great with customers
  • Have good leadership & communication skills
  • Have strong organisational skills
  • Have attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Have experience within a similar environment
Salary & Benefits:
