With full autonomy of this multis faceted operation reporting directly to the owners Responsible for the daily smooth running of the Bar/Restaurant/club – direction & leadership of team. Stock Control: supplier liaison, accounts & invoices, stock auditing & GP calculation, & wastage management Recruitment, staff training & development, personnel files, rosters & payroll Finance Management: P&L / figure reporting, forecasting, banking, general administration Due Diligence: H&S, Hygiene, First Aid, Fire Safety, Licensing Records & Procedures, Etc Marketing – effective strategies & initiatives – to build awareness and generate new business Management Meetings About you You will be a natural people person and able to demonstrate exemplary leadership skills. Team building, training and mentoring your staff. You will have worked in high end busy deluxe operations and have an extensive knowledge of food and drink Able to deliver on service standards and have a genuine love of hospitality. Experience in delxue Chelsea operations. | |
