About you: | |
The successful candidate will be a creative and inspired dynamic head chef looking for the next step in a premium multis outlet dining operation, you will have experience in leading acclaimed restaurant operations, essential to have a Michelin * or 2/3 rosette background with a dynamic and can do attitude. Will be an instinctively strong leader with the ability to motivate, train and develop your staff Will ideally have experience in a high end restaurant and experience of working in a multis faceted food environment. Will be technically very capable Will demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to work Excellent management and organizational abilities. | |
Salary & Benefits: | |
£65 k plus 15% bonus | |
