Day to Day Running of the Kitchen – Team of 3 - 50 covers plus outside space Rota - Organising monthly rota for kitchen Menu Planning – working closely with the owner to create weekly seasonal specials alongside a regular menu offering Team training and development, Stock Counting, Wastage Control Due Diligence: Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters Everything is made fresh in house to include all pastries. About you A real foodie who can work with the owner someone who also cares deeply about the details and the customer experience. Pastry experience preferred Able (and excited!) about training younger and less experienced team members Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts (in addition to the regular day-to-day, we host events, fulfil catering requests, do weekend specials, birthday cakes etc) - this provides lots of opportunity for creativity and keeps things interesting, but does not suit candidates who just want to come in, do their job, and go home, or thrive on a predictable routine Ideally someone who lives relatively locally, Day shifts only, with the occasional evening if we have private events Salary and Benefits Working for a supportive owner £ 38 - 42 k per annum Company pension Staff discounts | |
