As a sales associate you will ensure  high levels of customer satisfaction through offering an  excellent sales and product knowledge  service ( training given) while maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays.

Responsibilities

To offer a  positive and helpful customer service  • Welcomes customers to the store and answers their questions. • Assesses customers’ needs and provides assistance and information on product features    and nutritional values. • Follows and achieves department’s sales goals. • Maintains in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas. • Keeps informed on products offered and discusses available options. • Process POS (point of sale) purchases, operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers. • Cross sells products to increase purchase amounts. • Complaint handling is a critical part of this position. • Complies to inventory control procedures. • Follows health and safety regulations in work environment. • Adheres to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Skills and qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in sales of premium products in retail stores.
• Excellent command of English language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to provide excellent customer service.
• A team player, considering of his / her colleagues. • Able to maintain and enhance a culture of service in the store, handle grievances and create loyal customers.
• Energetic and enthusiastic about his / her job.
• Quick, efficient, and confident in his / her action
