Hands on overseeing the day to day of the operation. Total seating capacity 32 Recruitment, team training & development (HR procedures) Stock management: purchasing, wastage control, supplier liaison Staff Rotas and managing labour effectively Figure reporting Daily cashing up Due Diligence: Hygiene, Health & Safety, Fire Safety Records & Procedures to be put in place Management meetings About you Premium restaurant management/events experience preferred and also some retail experience and a passion and knowledge for seasonal, organics food and wine. You will be ( working closely with the kitchen ) and overseeing the small cafe and event space You will need to be a real people person, service driven, attention to detail with passion and ideas Passion and knowledge for food and its origins, sustainability, excellent with logistics/delivery in the quality food to go market. Comparable premium brand/cafe /restaurant and retail experience Strong all-round skill set – man management, leadership, organization, communication, attention to detail Familiar with Lightspeed POS Ability to manage & motivate a team, ensuring high standards of product quality & service Business acumen – finance control, target driven / sales driven, forecasting The client offer a great work-life balance. Restaurant is closed on Mondays and in the evenings, unless private events are booked. Opening hours 8am to 5pm serving all day brunch.
