The Development chef will work directly with the owners and with the support of the existing team and head chef to:
Daily list planning and team briefing Develop the multis out let menus within the hotel Link Kitchen, Garden and social media teams Update childrens menu Develop a training plan for each member of the kitchen and ongoing training SOP including pictures on every dish Develop a range of preserved goods for sale Develop the events menus Develop the lobby menu Develop Seasonal specials throughout the year Refine breakfast offering About You Previous development background within the 4/5 * hotel sector able to work with both premium and casual dining brands. Trend aware and able to work with the marketing team to promote new ideas via social media Excellent communication and organisational skills Will have a calm professional demeanour and a passion for delivering great product. Excellent at ongoing training and mentoring and development of staff Great people skills and experience of managing large teams Able to given examples of how your previous menu and product development chef experience has impacted on the operations revenue and growth Must have a stable working history with excellent checkable references Would require own transport as in stunning rural location and 15 mins drive from nearest town.
